Neuroscience

Neuroscientists focus on the brain and its impact on behaviour and cognitive functions, or how people thin. They also investigate what happens to the system nervous when people have neurological, psychiatric, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

A neuroscientist can concentrate on a good range of fields, from neuroanatomy to neuropsychology. Research during this field can improve our understanding of the brain and therefore the body, how they work, and therefore the health issues that affect them.

Neuroscience is an interdisciplinary science that works closely with other disciplines, like mathematics, linguistics, engineering, computing, chemistry, philosophy, psychology, and medicine.
